The Customer AGREES THAT HE/SHE MUST BACK UP MY DATA, SOFTWARE, INFORMATION AND/OR FILES. 123PcTech WILL NOT back up any data, software, information and/or files on my computer unless The Customer specifically requests 123PcTech to do so for an applicable fee prior to the performance of any repair or service.
In the event that 123PcTech does back up any data, software, information and/or files, The Customer understands that 123PcTech may only make a single backup copy of such data, software, information and/or files which shall be erased/destroyed if this copy is not promptly requested/picked up by The Customer.
FURTHER, The Customer AGREES THAT WHETHER OR NOT HE/SHE REQUESTS 123PcTech TO BACK UP ANY DATA, SOFTWARE, INFORMATION AND/OR FILES, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TECHNICIAN BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, ALTERATION OR CORRUPTION OF SUCH DATA, SOFTWARE, INFORMATION AND/OR FILES.
